The equipment & support team

The team

Trained and experienced camp managers lead our Luxury Tented camps, assembled specifically for each safari group. A cheerful team of professional camp staff will take care of guests from the moment they arrive in camp. Each camp will consist of a manager, 4X4 truck driver who is also the mechanic, chefs, waiters and your tent attendant.

The equipment

Our camps are transported using 4X4 trucks that can access areas other cannot, we have HF long range and VHF short range radio communication between all mobile units and base. All our camp equipment is checked and serviced regularly.

The backup and base.

Our office is situated on the outskirts of Arusha Town in the middle of a coffee estate. The office is in daily radio contact with the camp. Rose and Damain, our operations managers, will provide all the assistance a crew needs while they are in the wilderness along way from civilization.
Our entire staff consists of 60 employees. All of our vehicles are maintained and prepared before safari by our fully equipped workshop and experienced. We have a fully stocked stores where we purchase all of our dried foods before our high and low seasons. There is also a kitchen designed for making all our home-made jams, chutneys, muesli, pastries, and pastas.
